The nightly rates for this unit are as follows with a 2 night minimum stay.

$925.00 for 5 nights
$1,100.00 for 6 nights
$1,250.00 for 7 nights
A one time $85 cleaning fee and 12% tax will be added to all rentals.
A $300 Refundable Security Deposit is required for all stays.
A five night minimum is required for Cruisin the Coast week (1st week of October)
